Cooperate with tribes and agencies to develop capacity to ensure environmental
health on traditional lands.
The Council of Athabascan Tribal Governments has a long standing relationship
with the US Environmental Protection Agency, Indian General Assistance Program
for the development of Tribal Environmental Programming in the Yukon Flats.
