Salmon

Salmon - kings, silvers, chum - spawned on our land, then gone to sea and back again. Every summer, the salmon come back and when they do we are there to greet them with net and fishwheel. Harvesting salmon is not sport to us - it is life. Salmon parts thrown away by others are treasured by us. Fish heads - we would never throw them away. They are just too delicious.
