CATG is looking for a Regional Wildland Fire Support Officer based in Fort Yukon, Alaska.
This is a unique opportunity to support wildfire management during fire season and help develop Community Wildfire Protection Plans during the off-season. You’ll gain valuable skills in GIS mapping, wildfire science, and community engagement while serving the Yukon Flats region.
Position Details:
- Location: Fort Yukon, Alaska (with field work and community travel)
- Salary: $25/hr with benefits
- Term: 1-year contract with possibility to extend
